Toastmasters awards a special title, Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), to members who have achieved both the Advanced Communication Gold and Advanced Leader Silver awards. It takes dedication to achieve this highest award. It also takes tenacious tracking!

To assist my fellow dedicated Toastmasters members in tracking their DTM status, I have created an Excel workbook.
The worksheets contained within the workbook have been designed to automate the tracking of your status. At a minimum, place an X in the corresponding box as you complete each project &/or role. This will update the DTM Status worksheet.  (Note: any character in the box will suffice).

Other fields are optional, such as Date and Title, and are provided so that you can print out the worksheet should you wish to do so. The Date fields can also be used to indicate upcoming, scheduled speeches or projects.

Each worksheet contains an area denoting the requirements for the education level; the current status of achieving the education level; and tips for the particular worksheet.

Each worksheet is password protected (with blank password) to assist in filling out the information easier.  Each worksheet also has the print area defined, which can be changed once you unprotect the sheet.

Please feel free to modified the workbooks to fit your needs.  If you wish to share your modified version, post the file on the District 7 website.
