What is 10% or Better?
A special D7 sponsored recognition program for clubs and for governors that increase their membership 10% between July 1, 2011 and April 1, 2012. The 10% increase starts from the club base membership as of July 1, 2011.

CLUB RULES
Clubs with 10% Net Growth earns $25 gift certificate for Toastmasters International.
Clubs with 20% Net Growth earns $50 gift certificate for Toastmasters International.
Clubs with 30% Net Growth earns 50% discount to admission to Communicate Oregon for every member in the club.
AREA GOVERNOR RULES
Area Governors with 10% Net Growth for the entire Area earn a $25 gift certificate for Toastmasters International.
Area Governors with ALL clubs in the Area who increase 10% or more Net Growth earn a $50 gift certificate for Toastmasters International.
Area Governors with 20% Net Growth for the entire Area earn a $50 gift certificate for Toastmasters International and a 50% discount to admission for Communicate Oregon.
DIVISION GOVERNOR RULES
Division Governors with 10% Net Growth for the entire Division earn a $25 gift certificate for Toastmasters International.
Division Governors with ALL Areas in the Division who increase 10% or more Net Growth earn a $50 gift certificate for Toastmasters International and a once in a life time sail with their Area Governors on Scott Stevenson's sailboat.

Discounted tickets to Communicate Oregon are transferrable only to club members and are not refundable

Hold club special event, open to the public
Publicize in local paper, social media, website, etc.
Earn the President's Club Distinguished Club Award

All forms and payment for members who join must be received at World Headquarters in time to be officially registered and reported on official WHQ reports by April 1, 2012.
