Rules for INDIVIDUAL MEMBER SPONSOR

• Add new, dual, or reinstated members between July 1 and June 30.
• Ensure your name appears on the membership application to receive credit

Tips for INDIVIDUAL MEMBER SPONSOR

• Encourage your club’s members to invite as many guests to your club’s meetings as possible.
• Wear a Toastmasters t-shirt; drink from Toastmasters mugs at work.
• Hand out Toastmasters business cards to everyone!
• Conduct a brown bag discussion at work promoting Toastmasters.
• Blog about Toastmasters; Facebook about Toastmasters; use Web 2.0 technology!
• Work with your club VP of Public Relations to run a club marketing campaign.

To receive credit as a sponsor, your name must appear on the application for Toastmasters club membership (Item 400) along with your home club number. Please print or type information legibly. No changes can be made to the applications once they are received by World Headquarters. New, dual and reinstated members count for credit; transfer and charter members do not. The new members join dates must fall within the July to June range. All applications and payments must be received at World Headquarters no later than June 30. There is no need to apply for this award. You are automatically entered when the new member application are received.
