What is BRING A GUEST?

An annual District 7 sponsored recognition program for members that bring guests to Toastmasters related events.

Awards for BRING A GUEST

• GRAND Prize is $50.00 for purchase of any item from Toastmasters International store for the person who brings the most guest to an event.
• Drawing Prize is $25.00 for purchase of any item from Toastmasters International store. For each guest you bring, your name will entered. The more guest the more entries.

Rules for BRING A GUEST 

• Bring guests to any Toastmasters related event between January 15 and June 15.
• Toastmasters related events are club meetings, speech contests, District 7 networking events, TLI events, etc.
• Update your guest tally online with the District 7 website by following these steps:

1. From the Home page, login then go to Update Profile (under login).
2. Go to the District 7 Campaigns tab.
3. Enter the number of guests and guest names.
4. Click the Update button when done and wait to win the Bring A Guest campaign! 

(Users must be logged in to see the District 7 Campaign tab.  Check out the Member Forum for more information on how to update a profile.) 

Tips for BRING A GUEST 

• Encourage your club’s members to invite as many guests to your club’s meetings as possible in conjunction with the District 7 “TALK UP TOASTMASTERS!” program.
• Consider conducting a special meeting like an Open House.
• Sponsor a Speechcraft session.
• Work with your club VP of Public Relations to run a club marketing campaign.

A guest who attends an event between January 15 and June 15 must be tracked by the host Toastmasters member. Each Toastmasters member will use the honor system for tracking their guest attendance. To post the guest tally online will require each Toastmasters member to have an account on the District 7 website (registration is free) at www.d7toastmasters.org.
