Leb Tannenbaum

Leb has been consulting  with individuals, teams and organizations since 1988.His work has occurred across many industries  and all over  North America and Europe.  He has also gone “inside” as a working executive in two publicly traded technology companies and one large privately held pet health care company.

He is passionate about helping to take organizations to their next level of financial growth and overall performance.  Leb specializes in executive level coaching, culture design and development, leadership development and team performance.

Leb is a published children’s author and is currently working on a new book for young people.  He is passionate about basketball and continues to play and occasionally coach.  He has taught leadership in a discipleship school to 19-26 year olds.  He is happily married and the proud father of seven children.  His extended family includes three former host daughters from Ecuador, Germany and Denmark and a sponsored daughter in Columbia.
