• Kudos to all who have helped start new clubs. We have many clubs in the works right now.
• District 7 has started a new program, the Club Services Program in which we have Club Support for clubs with 12 or fewer members and Club Enhancement for 13-19 members.
• Let Rose Wellman know if you want to be a Club Coach or know of anyone who wants to be a Club Coach.
• Division meetings should be held monthly to share ideas, upcoming deadlines and plan contests.
• HPL  (High Performance Leadership Program) – You can do any project as long as it has a mission and goals to achieve and you form a team of committee members that you are leading as your goal is to learn leadership and project management.
• There are judging classes going on for the district. Also, we will be posting people on the website who are “district certified” so Governors have a list of people they can contact for judging.
• Let Presidents and VPE’s know that we will be sending out proxy information soon.  Both President and VPE need to fill out the forms to indicate how they would like their votes handled at the DECM meeting in November.
• Check out the new website! Tell us what you think and if you have any feedback.
• Our February D7 Networking Event will be moved to the Doubletree Hotel in Portland to coincide with the Toastmasters International Board of Directors Meeting on February 19^th http://www.toastmasters.org/February2011BoardBriefing It’s the first time ever a board meeting has been held outside of California. More details soon.
